The Agency conducts two major fundraisers each year. The Annual Fundraising Appeal is held during the month of November in conjunction with National Home Care and Hospice Month. The Hospice Walk-A-Thon is held annually in May. Donations to the Agency during the Annual Appeal and participation in the Walk-A-Thon are deeply appreciated.

Annual Fundraising Appeal
The annual donation request mailing takes place the first week of November each year. If you would like join our community supporters and be added to our list of donors, please contact Human Resources at (603) 444-5317.
Hospice Walk-A-Thon
Show your support of the Agency by participating in the Annual Walk-A-Thon in May to raise funds for the Hospice Program. Details of the walk are available in April of each year. Questions may be directed to the Hospice Director or the Volunteer Coordinator at (603) 444-5317.
Hospice Volunteer Program
The Agency offers Volunteer training programs annually. We meet in the evening over a period of 6 weeks. We also offer additional training on specific topics throughout the year. All Volunteers are screened for TB and under-go a criminal records check. If you are interested in becoming a Volunteer, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at 603) 444-5317.
